I subscribe to the idea that the Eucharist of Maundy Thursday is the Communion of Good Friday (from the Presanctified Species) and there should be a continuity of colour between them. The idea of having a "Corpus Christi" celebration (bells and Gloria) in white on Maundy Thursday does not suit the theme and mood of the week. If Good Friday is red, then the Eucharist of the previous evening should be as well. This also fits with the Jewsih idea of the day beginning at nightfall (why we have First Evensong). I notice that you still observe "Passion Sunday" as the Fifth Sunday of Lent.
