Some may find the video content unpalatable.Very true--but, then, I find most of Ms. Bish's outfits unpalatable.(Since the music was being played by a military band at a military chapel, I didn't see the images as inappropriate given the context.)
Well, I don't really find the context any less objectionable. "But they're soldiers!" isn't much comfort to a pacifist. (And, since they cannot be baptised according to patristic Tradition, why do they need a chapel?)
(And, since they cannot be baptised according to patristic Tradition, why do they need a chapel?)Oh dear! Who will tell St. Joan of Arc? ;-)
I admit to being shaky on my hagiographies: was St Joan an adult catechumen?
No, but it follows that if soldiers can't be baptized, then Christians can't be soldiers. And, in fact, I believe that some of the Fathers so held.
